Watch the third tutorial video for the CBCP Discipleship Map below.
In this video, you’ll learn how to get the ball rolling with your disciples by planning your first meeting.
With the D-Map, each meeting consists of two main phases:
Assessment: Understand where you or your disciple is in the spiritual journey through three perspectives—what the disciple says, what the leader observes, and what God says about these focus areas.
Planning: Create concrete, actionable steps for spiritual growth in the identified focus areas, emphasizing training rather than just trying.
The D-Map provides a structured approach while maintaining the relational nature of discipleship. With helpful worksheets, diagnostic questions, and practical examples, you’ll be equipped to have more intentional and fruitful discipleship conversations.
