Rev. Jeremiah Cheung
Originally from Hong Kong, Rev. Jeremiah Cheung graduated from the Hong Kong Overseas Theological Seminary in 1988 and began serving at the Christian Bible Church of the Philippines in July 1991.
He also serves as the Family Ministries Division Pastor.

Rev. Michael Cariño
Rev. Mike is a speaker, writer, mentor, teacher, and life coach. He has been serving at CBCP since 2005. Currently, he leads the Community Ministries Division, where he ministers to various student, private, and government organizations and helped jumpstart the Tagalog-English Sunday Services.
He holds a BA in Political Science (Far Eastern University), Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies (International Graduate School of Leadership), and Master of Arts in Philosophy (University of the Philippines, Diliman).
Full-Time Pastors
Rev. Jared Co
Rev. Jared Co joined the pastoral team of CBCP in 2018 after completing his Master of Divinity in Pastoral Studies at the Asian Theological Seminary.
He serves as the Acting Discipleship Division Pastor.
He is happily married to Jaynee, who is also serving in our church’s Administrative Division.
Rev. Genesis Tan
Rev. Genesis Tan became CBCP’s 2nd Ordained Minister in 2022.
Since 2015, he has been serving as a full-time pastor, handling several ministries, including Preaching, Leaders’ Equipping, and Pastoral Care for members. He also oversees the growing Life Group Ministry and the Life-on-Life Missional Discipleship movement of the church.
He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and completed his Master of Divinity in Pastoral Studies at the Asian Theological Seminary. To better equip himself and serve the Body of Christ more effectively, he took some units in the Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling at The Master’s University in California, USA.
Rev. Gen is happily married to his wife, Michelle, who also supports him in ministry. They also care for and homeschool their two nieces, Chloe and Paige.
Ptr. Allan Rillera
Ptr. Allan Rillera has a deep passion for the youth and for missions. He is currently serving as CBCP’s Campus Ministry Pastor. Before joining the CBCP Pastoral Team in April 2016, he served as a youth pastor for 9 years.
He finished his B.S. Electronic Communication Engineering at Lyceum Northwestern College in Dagupan City and obtained his Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies at the Biblical Seminary of the Philippines.
Ptr. Joseph Ouano
Joseph Ouano serves as the Neighborhood Ministry and Prayer Ministry pastor of CBCP.
He pursued AB Theology in college and got his degree in 2008. He worked for two years in his family’s aviation business before entering the seminary in 2010. He finished his Master of Divinity in Leadership Studies, major in Pastoral Ministry, from the International Graduate School of Leadership in 2013.
He served as a youth pastor for many years and did development work in different urban poor communities in Manila before joining the pastoral team of CBCP in 2020, and is happily married to Elaine since June 2022, who actively supports his various ministries.
Ptr. Giselle Po
Ptr. Giselle describes herself as a great sinner who encountered the wonderful and amazing grace of God. The burden of her heart is to walk alongside others, helping them truly experience God, worship Him, and grow in more intimate relationship with the Lord.
Before entering the seminary, she served as a full-time Administrative Assistant and I.T. Officer at CBCP from 2010 to 2014.
In 2014, she followed God’s leading to pursue studies in Church Music at Singapore Bible College.
In July 2018, Ptr. Giselle Po joined the CBCP Pastoral Team and is currently serving as the Worship Ministry Pastor and Singles Ministry Pastoral Adviser.
Ptr. Renz Raquion
Pastor Renz Raquion serves as the Worship Service Pastor.
He is passionate about cultivating a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers individuals to grow and mature in Christ-likeness. He also has a heart for creating hospitable spaces through conversations and spiritual companioning.
He holds a Master of Divinity degree in Pastoral Studies at Asian Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management.
Pastor Renz is happily married to Daryn Go; together, they seek to create spaces of Grace in CBCP and their respective community.
Ptr. Nathan Tee
Pastor Nathan Tee is the Youth Ministry Pastor.
He grew up as part of the CBCP family, where his parents met each other in the church.
He has served for several years in the youth and singles ministry before entering seminary in 2019. After graduation, he joined the CBCP Pastoral Team in 2022. His passion for the ministry is to see the youth encounter God, discover His personal and unique calling for each individual, and equip them to flourish in the places that God calls them to be.
He finished a B.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas in 2015 and holds a Master of Divinity in Leadership Studies from the International Graduate School of Leadership.
That is also where he met his now wife, Ma. Ericka Del Mundo-Tee. She is now fulfilling her Kingdom call as a Doctor of Neurology. They have been happily married since November 2022.
Ptr. Jill Go
Jill grew up in a family of Children’s Ministry volunteers, which helped nurture her love for the Children’s Ministry at a young age. Before becoming a full-time church worker, she served with the youth and children’s ministries and worked as a schoolteacher. She became the KiDS Ministry Pastor in 2022.
She completed her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education in December 2015 (De La Salle University) and her Master of Divinity degree in Christian Education in December 2022 (Asian Theological Seminary).
Ptr. Steph Sayson
Pastor Steph joined CBCP as the Life Group Manager in 2023.
Before serving full-time, she worked in marketing for an international seminary and handled training and development at an FMCG. She is a lifelong learner who is passionate about helping others and pursuing excellence for the glory of God alone. She enjoys engaging in conversations with people through honest questions and reflections.
She graduated with a Master of Ministry from Grace School of Theology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Minor in Development Management from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Ptr. Isaac Cheung
Pastor Isaac Cheung is the Young Professionals Ministry Pastor and also serves as a Training Pastor under the Training Ministry. Before joining the pastoral team, Isaac has been attending CBCP for as long as he can remember and has been part of many different ministries.
Isaac’s vision for the ministry is to see the church become a beacon of light and transform everything its light touches. He aims to see an alternative community of God serving the world as Christ served.
Isaac has a B.S. in Management from the Ateneo de Manila University and holds a Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies from Asian Theological Seminary.
He is married to Zy Malonzo Cheung, who faithfully supports his ministry while being a leader in the corporate world.
Ptr. July David
Pastor July is the Workplace Ministry Pastor. He is originally from Davao City and was raised in Samar, Leyte. He graduated in 2018 with a Master of Divinity in Leadership Studies, focusing on Pastoral Ministry, from the International Graduate School of Leadership.
He also has a Certificate of Chaplaincy in the Workplace. He joined the CBCP pastoral team in October 2023, where he is committed to blending faith with work. He considers work as an important part of spiritual growth, working to connect faith with the workplace seamlessly.
Ptr. July is happily married to Ptr. Eden David, who currently serves as the coordinator of our Cross-Cultural Missions Ministry in Sultan Kudarat.
Sis. Ka Shin Cheung
Sis. Ka Shin was one of the founding members of CBCP in 1987.
She was the General Secretary of Filipino Chinese Christian Foundation Inc. from 1987-1991.
She married Rev. Jeremiah Cheung in July 1991, then began to serve in Christian Bible Church of the Philippines as a church administrator from August 1991 – 2018.
She is currently part of the pastoral team and serves as the Seniors Ministry Pastor.
Ptr. Jeremiah Co
Pastor Jeremiah Co was invited to join the team at CBCP as the church’s expansion called for enhanced coordination among its ministries and personnel. A longstanding member of the church, as well as a deacon and discipler, Pastor Jeremiah is thoroughly familiar with the life, culture, and community of CBCP. He began his full-time ministry with the church in 2024.
He earned his Master’s Degree in Transformational Leadership, with a specialization in Organizational Leadership, from the International Graduate School of Leadership in 2022. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from De La Salle University Manila.
He is happily married to Regine, who supports him by sharing in his ministries and caring for their new family.
Part-Time Pastors
Ptr. Albert See
Ptr. Albert joined CBCP in January 2005. He serves as the Cross-Cultural Division Pastor. As the Admin Pastor, he spearheads the internal process development of the church staff organization. He also actively assists in the Youth and Couples ministry of CBCP.
He holds degrees in AB Management Economics (Ateneo de Manila University) as well as Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies (International School of Theology – Asia).
Dr. Irene Yang
Dr. Irene was one of the pioneering members of CBCP when it started in 1987. Currently, she is serving as the Couples Ministry Pastor of the Family Ministry Division.
She has a Master of Arts in Family Life and Child Development from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, and worked as a preschool teacher and consultant as well as a teacher trainer. She took up a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Adult Learning at the Asia Graduate School of Theology (AGST). After which, she joined the faculty of Asian Theological Seminary in the Christian Education Department.
Concurrently, she is also serving as the Program Director of the PhD in Transformational Learning program of AGST, which is being hosted by the Asia Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary (APNTS).
