• What does it mean that a husband or wife is sanctified through his/her spouse? What does this look like? (vv.12-16)

4. Engage the heart (15-20 mins)

6. Engage with God in prayer (20-30 mins)
• Praise God for His divine design of marriage as a covenant before Him. Express your gratitude for His guidance and the gift of reconciliation that He offers in Christ. Thank Him for the grace and mercy He extends, enabling us to live in harmonious relationships, even when challenges arise.
• Approach the Lord with repentance for the times you have allowed your heart to become hardened, leading you to consider or pursue divorce lightly. Ask for forgiveness for not honoring the covenant of marriage as He intended. Ask for help to seek reconciliation and to uphold His principles in your relationships. Pray for guidance and discernment to live in peace and to fulfill the mission He has given you, keeping your identity firmly rooted in Christ.
