Through Malachi, the Lord God — who is Creator and Covenant-maker — reminded Israel that they break their covenant with Him when they fail to honor their marriage vows or marry outside of the faith. This week, Rev. Jeremiah Cheung warns us to be on our guard and remain faithful.
As followers of Jesus, God calls us to be faithful and honor our commitments. This week, Ptr. Genesis Tan reminds us that we fail to honor our Lord when we do not honor our commitment to Christ or fail to honor our marriage covenant to our spouse.

Amos shows us how an intercessor may plead for the Lord’s mercy and delay the Lord’s judgment, but the day will still come when the justice can no longer be denied. Let us not mistake God’s grace as a license to sin and indulge as we please.
