專心跟隨主 Follow the Lord Wholeheartedly

Caleb was 40 years old when he dreamed of conquering Canaan— a vision that was fulfilled when he was 85 years old. This anniversary Sunday, Rev. Jeremiah Cheung reminds us that we must likewise hold on to our vision and goal of becoming a disciple-making church for Christ.

• What are some qualities of Caleb that you want to emulate?

4. Engage the heart (15-20 mins)
• What does it mean for you to follow the Lord wholeheartedly?
• What makes it easy to follow the Lord wholeheartedly?
• What makes it difficult to follow the Lord wholeheartedly?
• What should change in you for you to follow the Lord wholeheartedly?
5. Engage the hands (15-20 mins)
• What is something that God wants you to obey as you seek to follow Him wholeheartedly? Be specific on how you are going to do it.
6. Engage with God in prayer (20-30 mins)
• Praise God that He keeps His promises and we can trust that He fulfills them all in proper time.
• Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal anything that hinders us to follow the Lord wholeheartedly – may it be an unconfessed sin, a hidden sin, lack of faith, etc.
• Pray for faithfulness as we abide in Jesus and to choose to follow and obey Him especially when it becomes difficult.
