成為一間充滿正能量的教會 DYNAMIC: A Church Filled With Power

教會是基督的身體，基督復活的大能充滿祂的身體，我們是滿有正能量的人，當將這些能量輸出，使教會能發出光與鹽的作用，成為這個充滿負能量世代的祝福。

The Church is the Body of Christ and it is Christ’s resurrection that empowers His Body. As our church commemorates her 34th anniversary, Rev. Jeremiah Cheung reminds us that we must pour forth Christ’s positive power and energy if we are to fulfill our roles as the salt and light of the world. Let us strive to be a blessing in this age of negativity.

Katawan ni Kristo ang Simbahan at ang muling pagkabuhay ni Kristo ang nagbibigay lakas sa Kanyang Katawan. Sa ating pagdiriwang ng ika-34 anibersayo ng simbahan, ipinapaalala ni Rev. Jeremiah Cheung na dapat nating isabuhay at ibahagi ang positibong lakas at kapangyarihan ni Kristo upang magampanan natin ang ating tungkulin bilang asin at ilaw ng mundo. 1. Start with a prayer

2. Engage one another (15-30 mins)

  • Choose 2 LG members to share a devotion they recently had.
  • What are your thoughts about the end times?

3. Engage the mind (15-20 mins)

  • What are the signs of the end times? (3 perspectives: Savior’s Birth [Hebrews 1:1-2], Natural Disasters [Matthew 24:7,29], Human Corruption [Jude 1:18-19])
  • Read vv.20-21. What 3 things should God’s people do in order to keep ourselves in the love of God as we face the end times?
  • Read vv.22-23. What kinds of people are mentioned in these verses? What are we called to do?

4. Engage the heart (15-20 mins)

  • What does it mean to you that we are now in the end times?
  • What do the following phrases mean to you?
    • ‘Building yourselves up in your most holy faith’
    • ‘Praying in the Holy Spirit’
    • ‘Wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life’
  • In which of the above areas do you need to improve?
  • What is it you need to do to become a person with positive energy, and to be able to give out positive energy to others?

5. Engage the hands (15-20 mins)

  • God has filled us with power through Christ. What action steps can you do this week to extend this positive power to the people around you (with the intention of sharing Christ to them)?

6. Engage God in prayer (20-30 mins)

  • Pray for each other’s needs and concerns. (10-15 minutes)
  • Pray for our country. (10-15 minutes)
    • Protection and strength for healthcare workers and frontliners.
    • Vaccination program to be quick and free from corruption and politics.

  • Magbahagi ng iyong natutunan mula sa personal devotion.
  • Ano ang iyong mga saloobin tungkol sa ‘end times’ o mga huling araw?

3. Engage the mind (15-20 mins)

  • Ano ang mga senyales na tayo ay nasa mga huling araw na? (Tatlong Pananaw: Isinilang ang Tagapagligtas [Hebrews 1:1-2]; Mga Likas na Sakuna [Matthew 24:7, 4:29]; at Korapsiyon ng Tao [Jude 1:18-19]
  • Basahin ang vv.20-21. Bilang tagasunod ng Diyos, anong tatlong bagay ang maaari nating gawin upang manatili sa pag-ibig sa Diyos sa ating pagharap sa mga huling araw?

  • Ano ang kailangan mong gawin upang ikaw ay magtaglay ng positibong enerhiya at maipamahagi ito sa iba?

  • Pinuno tayo ng Diyos ng kapangyarihan sa pamamagitan ni Jesus. Anong mga hakbang ang maaari mong gawin ngayong linggo upang maibahagi ang positibong enerhiya ito (at si Kristo na pinagmulan nito) sa mga tao sa iyong paligid?

6. Engage God in prayer (20-30 mins)

  • Ipagdasal ang mga pangangailangan at mga alalahanin ng bawat isa. (10-15 minutes)
  • Ipagdasal ang ating bansa. (10-15 minutes)
    • Proteksiyon at kalakasan para sa healthcare workers at frontliners.
    • Mabilis at walang korapsiyon sa pagkuha at paglunsad ng mga bakuna laban sa COVID-19.
