誰是真正屬靈的老大 Who is a True Spiritual Boss?
成功未必是惡事;然而,聖經用不同的標準來衡量真正的成功。本週日,張國強牧師將分享「屬靈領袖」的特質,以及如何成為這樣的人。
While success isn’t sinful, the Bible measures true success by a different standard. This Sunday, Rev. Jeremiah Cheung reveals the characteristics of a “Spiritual Big Boss” and the path to becoming such a leader.

Life Group Discussion Guide
1. Start with a prayer
2. Engage one another (15-30 mins)
• Share a moment when you were recognized or promoted for something. How did that recognition affect the way you viewed yourself and treated others afterward?
3. Engage the mind (15-20 mins)
• Read the passage. What does it mean to be “first” or “great” in God’s kingdom?
• Why was Jesus’ teaching on servant leadership so radical in His time? How is it still countercultural today?
4. Engage the heart (15-20 mins)
• Who are the “least” or “overlooked” people in your life right now? How open are you to welcoming and serving them?
• Are you fully embracing having a servant’s heart (e.g., fear, pride, busyness, or lack of vision)? What encourages and hinders you from doing so?
5. Engage the hands (15-20 mins)
• How can you cultivate a “vision for service” that goes beyond tasks and focuses on glorifying God through relationships?
• How can you tangibly show God’s love and lead as a servant this week, whether in your home, school/workplace, friend group, or church ministry?
6. Engage with God in prayer (20-30 mins)
• Praise the Lord Jesus Christ, the ultimate Servant King, who modeled true greatness through humility and self-sacrifice. Thank Him for showing us that leadership in His kingdom is not about position or power but about love and service. Rejoice that He welcomes us, just as He welcomed the little child, and that His grace transforms our hearts to serve others with the same compassion and purpose that glorifies the Father.
• Repent for the times you have pursued greatness according to the world’s standards—seeking status, control, or validation instead of serving with humility. Ask forgiveness for when you have overlooked the weak, marginalized, or those who could not repay you. Pray that God would renew your heart and mind with the attitude of Christ, so you may lead as a servant and see others through His eyes of love and dignity.
