The Final Vision

1. Start with a prayer

2. Engage one another (15-30 mins)

  • Think of a person whose life has been greatly used by God as His vessel. In what way/s do you consider him/her as God’s vessel?

3. Engage the mind (15-20 mins)

  • Throughout the book of Daniel, what are some ways that God used Daniel as His vessel?
  • What are some qualities of Daniel that you would like to emulate?
  • What did you learn about God?
  • What does it mean to be God’s vessel?

4. Engage the heart (15-20 mins)

  • How do you respond/What is your attitude when God calls you to be His vessel?

5. Engage the hands (15-20 mins)

  • In what way/s is God calling you to be His vessel in your current circumstance (in the family, workplace/school, relationships, etc.)? How are you going to respond?

6. Engage with God in prayer (20-30 mins)

  • Praise God for His sovereignty over all history and our personal story and His trustworthiness for us to put our faith in Him even in difficult circumstances.
  • Ask for God’s forgiveness for the times when we put off or delay in responding to His call to be His vessel and for doubting His goodness especially when we face difficulties in life.
  • Pray for the Spirit’s enabling to emulate Daniel’s faithfulness and intimacy with the Lord, excellence, courage, and willingness to be God’s vessel.
