神的信實 – 七十個七的異象 The Faithfulness of God – Vision of the Seventy “Sevens”
但以理書第九章有一個七十個七的異象, 這個異象就是建立在神的慈愛與誠實上, 沒有神的慈愛與誠實, 這個異象是不可能應驗。但以理書第九章可以分為二個部份, V1-19但以理的禱告; V20-27七十個七的異象。這二者有什麼關係呢? 這個七個七的異象是但以理禱告帶來的結果, 但以理是一個禱告的人, 他禱告後神就馬上發出命令, 叫天使長加百利將七十個七的異象告訴但以理。
In Daniel 9, Daniel saw a vision founded on God’s love and faithfulness—the vision of the seventy “sevens”. In this message, Rev. Jeremiah Cheung urges us to follow Daniel’s example and hold on to God’s promises because He loves us and is faithful to fulfill His word.

- What promise/s of God do you hold on to?
3. Engage the mind (15-20 mins)
- What did Daniel pray for? What can we learn from his prayer?
- How did God answer Daniel’s prayer?
- What did you learn about God from this passage? What did you learn about yourself?
4. Engage the heart (15-20 mins)
- What does it mean for you that God is a God who keeps and fulfills His promises?
- What situations do you face that make it difficult to hold on to God’s promise?
5. Engage the hands (15-20 mins)
- What specific actions can you take right now as you wait for the fulfillment of God’s promise?
6. Engage with God in prayer (20-30 mins)
- Praise and thank the LORD because He keeps His covenant. We are assured that He will fulfill His promises and we can have the hope of a future with Him.
- Confess our sins, unfaithfulness, and hardened heart towards God.
- Pray for opportunities to witness for God as we wait for Jesus’ return.
