This week, Rev. Jeremiah Cheung closes our series on Esther by showing us how God has been at work behind the scenes to save His people. Even when He is invisible, our Lord is moving to fulfill His promises.

Life Group Discussion Guide
1. Start with a prayer
2. Engage one another (15-30 mins)
– Where do you see God’s hands this past week?
3. Engage the mind (15-20 mins)
– Read the passage. Recall what you have learned throughout the book of Esther. (Note to leaders: be prepared to give points of summary.)
– What did you learn about God?
– What did you learn about yourself?
4. Engage the heart (15-20 mins)
– Has there been a time when you struggled with seeing or identifying God’s hands? Why do you think you struggled with it? (Note to leaders: Identify if there are heart issues in their relationship with God. You may choose to take more time to ask further personal questions. Avoid giving band-aid solutions.)
– What can you hold on to when God seems invisible?
5. Engage the hands (15-20 mins)
– Activity: Let each member write down the situations they see God’s hands in their lives. This will be a reminder for them next time they feel God is invisible.
6. Engage with God in prayer (20-30 mins)
– Praise God for He is faithful and ever-present. In Him, we are victorious. Thank God because even when we don’t see it, He never stops working in fulfilling His will and for our ultimate good.
– Ask for God’s forgiveness for times of distrust and going away from God.
– Pray for courage to trust God, to hope in Him, and to faithfully walk with Him all the more when He seems invisible.
