2. Engage one another (15-30 mins)

• What makes you trust someone? Share an experience when someone’s words or actions strengthened and/or weakened your trust in them.

3. Engage the mind (15-20 mins)

• Read the psalm. What is the difference between being truthful and being trustworthy? How can you use truthful words in ways that still hurt others, such as through gossip or flattery?
• What does it mean to be a person of consistency rather than convenience? How should consistency be reflected in values, promises, and decisions (e.g., use of money)?

4. Examine the heart (15-20 mins)

• Are you the same person in every room—in church, at work or school, at home, and with your friends? Where do you notice inconsistencies in your words, values, or behavior?
• When you speak about others, what usually motivates you: love and a desire to build them up, or the desire to gain attention, fit in, or make yourself look better?

5. Empower the hands (15-20 mins)

• In what areas of your life are you most tempted to compromise your integrity when doing what is right becomes inconvenient or costly? What is one specific situation this week in which you can choose integrity over convenience, even considering the costs?
• What change can you make in the way you handle your finances so that your money reflects your commitment to God rather than serving your own desires?

6. Engage with God in prayer (20-30 mins)

• Praise God for His holiness and perfect integrity, and thank Him for sending Jesus Christ to live the perfect integrity we could never achieve on our own. Rejoice that through Christ, we receive His righteousness and the Holy Spirit who transforms us to become more like Him. Thank God that we can stand secure in His grace as we grow in integrity.
• Repent for the times you have compromised your integrity by choosing convenience over consistency, using your words to hurt others, breaking promises, or allowing money and personal desires to take priority over God. Ask for forgiveness for the areas of your heart you have withheld from Him. Pray that you may rely on Christ’s righteousness and the Holy Spirit’s power to become trustworthy, consistent, and wholehearted in following the Lord.

• Share an uncertain season when your faith or values helped you stay grounded. What helped you stand firm during that time?

3. Engage the mind (15-20 mins)

• Read the psalm. What does it mean to dwell in God’s presence? How is this different from simply attending a worship service or volunteering in ministry?
• Why is character formation not about earning God’s acceptance? How does Jesus Christ make it possible for you to approach God confidently and grow in integrity?

4. Examine the heart (15-20 mins)

• Have you been more focused on what you are doing for God than on who you are becoming as you walk with Him? What areas of your character might God be inviting you to grow in?
• If someone observed your life throughout the week, what would your words, decisions, and relationships reveal about your walk with God? Where is there a gap between what you profess to believe and how you actually live? In what situations do you find it hardest to reflect God’s character?

5. Empower the hands (15-20 mins)

• How does your relationship with God influence the way you treat people who disagree with you, inconvenience you, or have nothing to offer you in return? Who is one person you need to treat differently in light of your relationship with God? What practical step can you take to show that person greater love, grace, or fairness?
• Since Jesus has already made a way for us to approach God through His grace, how can you respond to His love by pursuing a transformed life rather than trying to earn His acceptance? What is one habit you can develop to deepen your communion with God so that your time in His presence shapes how you live outside the church?

6. Engage with God in prayer (20-30 mins)

• Praise God for inviting us into a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ, who lived the perfectly righteous life we could never live, died for our sins, and rose again to reconcile us to God. Thank Him that we do not have to earn His acceptance through our own goodness, but can approach Him with confidence because of Christ’s finished work. Rejoice in His transforming grace that shapes us to become people of integrity who love God and others, and thank Him for being our firm foundation amid life’s uncertainties.
• Repent for the times you have focused more on outward worship than on allowing God to transform your heart and daily conduct. Ask for forgiveness for the ways you have failed to reflect God’s character in your relationships, neglected justice and kindness, or relied on success, wealth, and people’s approval instead of God. Pray that you may grow in genuine communion with Him, allowing His grace to shape your character and your treatment of others, and that you may stand firm in His presence and faithfulness through every season of life.

• Praise our Almighty God as our eternal dwelling place and refuge in the midst of life’s uncertainties, hardships, and sorrows. Thank Him that although our lives are temporary, He remains eternally faithful and His love gives us joy, peace, and hope. Rejoice in His grace and thank Him for the privilege of participating in His work and leaving a legacy of faith for the next generation.
• Repent for the times you have focused on temporary things, neglected God’s wisdom, and allowed sin to keep you from walking closely with Him. Ask for forgiveness for seeking security and satisfaction apart from God and for failing to reflect His glory in your relationships, responsibilities, and influence on others. Pray that you may have a heart of wisdom, turn away from sin, treasure the time God has given you, and live each day with hope, faithfulness, and eternity in mind.

• Repent for the times you have been distracted by temporary things, avoided confronting your sin, and lived as though you had unlimited time. Ask for forgiveness for seeking security apart from God and neglecting the opportunities He has given you to love others and live according to His will. Pray that you may gain a heart of wisdom, turn away from sin, treasure the hope you have in Jesus, and use each day faithfully to glorify God and make your life count for His kingdom.

• Repent for the times you have held on to unforgiveness, pride, resentment, or self-protection instead of pursuing reconciliation and harmony. Ask for forgiveness and pray that you may rely on the Holy Spirit to forgive others, humbly ask for forgiveness, take the initiative to restore relationships, and become a person who blesses others.

6. Maglaan ng oras para sa pagdadasal (20-30 mins)

• Purihin ang ating Makapangyarihang Diyos para sa kaloob ng Kanyang pamilya at para sa kabutihan, kagandahan, at pagpapala ng pamumuhay nang magkakasama nang may pagkakaisa. Purihin ang Diyos na sa pamamagitan ni Christ, tayo ay Kanyang pinagsama sa isang pamilya at tinatawag tayo upang ipakita ang Kanyang pagmamahal sa pamamagitan ng ating mga ugnayan sa isa’t-isa.
• Magsisi sa mga paraan na ikaw ay nakapagdulot ng pagkakawatak-watak, nagkimkim ng sama ng loob, inuna ang iyong sariling mga kagustuhan, o napabayaan ang mga ugnayan sa loob ng pamilya ng Diyos. Humingi ng tawad at ipanalangin na maging isang mapagkumbabang peacemaker na aktibong nagtataguyod ng pagkakaisa, pagkakasundo, at pagmamahal.

1. Start with a prayer

2. Engage one another (15-30 mins)

• Share an experience with nature that made you stop, appreciate, or feel amazed at who God is. Which specific character and attribute stood out to you through that experience?

3. Engage the mind (15-20 mins)

• Read the psalm. What does creation reveal about God, even though we cannot see the Creator Himself?
• Why is God’s word described as being more precious than gold and sweeter than honey? What does this reveal about how God wants us to value His word?

4. Examine the heart (15-20 mins)

• What competes with God’s word for your attention, affection, or trust?
• How would you honestly describe your appetite for God and His word right now: something you treasure and enjoy, or something you mostly turn to when you need help? Why?

5. Empower the hands (15-20 mins)

• What voices do you listen to? How can you listen more intentionally to God through His word?
• What sin, attitude, pattern, or compromise is God asking you to surrender? What will that look like starting this week? Who can help you remain accountable as you respond to what God is showing you through His word/prayer?

6. Engage with God in prayer (20-30 mins)

• Praise our Almighty God for revealing His glory through creation and making Himself known to us through His word. Thank Him that His word is trustworthy, life-giving, satisfying, and able to transform our lives. Rejoice that we can know our Creator and hear His voice through Scripture.
• Repent for failing to listen to God’s voice, for allowing worldly pursuits to become more precious than His word, and for tolerating sins that God has already revealed. Ask the Lord to expose hidden sins, restrain you from willful sins, and make the words of your mouth and the meditation of your heart pleasing to Him.
