• What motivated Caleb to press on for 45 years? What was his dream?
• What trials did Caleb have to overcome? How did he overcome these?
• How did Caleb respond when the Israelites decided not to conquer?
• What have you learned about God through Caleb’s story? How did God show us His whole heart in Jesus Christ?

• Share a time when, like the 10 spies who saw the enemies, you felt fearful of what is ahead. Share a time when, like Caleb, you chose to trust and follow God.
• In Caleb’s story, the 10 spies got their way when they voted not to enter the promised land and Caleb had to wait for 45 years even though he was zealous. Have you been in a situation where you felt unfair? Please share.
• Do you struggle to follow God wholeheartedly? What are your hesitations?

5. Engage the hands (15-20 mins)

• Think of ways you can wholeheartedly follow God now.
• How is God challenging you through this message? How will you respond?

  • Families who are adjusting to the new education system.

Makikita natin sa buhay ni Caleb ang kahalagahan ng tapat na pagsunod, tapat na paglilingkod, at tapat na pagtitiwala sa Diyos sa bawat pagsubok na kakaharapin natin sa buhay. Sa mensaheng ito ni Ptr. Michael Cariño, tayo ay iniimbitahan na kumapit sa Diyos na Siyang tunay na matapat. Siya ang magbibigay sa atin ng lakas, gabay, at tulong upang mapagtagumpayan ang anumang hadlang sa buhay.

Through Caleb, we learn the importance of being faithful in obeying, serving, and trusting the Lord through every challenge we face. In this message, Ptr. Michael Cariño invites us to put our trust in our faithful God. He is our strength, our guide, and our help in overcoming any obstacle in life.

• Sa paanong paraan mo masusunod nang buong puso ang Panginoon?
• Ano ang tinuturo sayo ng Diyos sa pamamagitan ng mensaheng ito? Paano ka tutugon?

• Manalangin para sa mga pangangailangan at alalahanin ng bawat isa. (10-15 minutes)
• Manalangin para sa ating bansa. (10-15 minutes)

  • Ipanalangin ang mga pamilyang maaapektuhan ng bagong sistema sa edukasyon.
  • Na magkaroon ng balanse sa trabaho at pahinga ang bawat manggagawa, maging ang ang mga taong nagtatrabaho sa kanilang mga bahay.
